Key Stage 5

This qualification is for post-16 learners who want to continue their education through applied learning and to progress to Higher Education and ultimately to employment, possibly in the Legal Sector. It aims to give a coherent introduction to study of the Legal Sector.

It provides the basis of an excellent route for learners to pursue a career in the Legal Sector. This can be through Higher Education (Degrees in Business and Law) or through an Advanced Apprenticeship in Legal Services.

Applying the Law

Plus one of the following Optional Units:

  • Aspects of Family Law
  • Consumer Law
  • Contract Law
  • Aspects of Tort

 

                                                       Units are assessed internally and external with examinations and coursework.
