At King James I Academy, each year group has a dedicated Personal Development Classroom. The purpose of these virtual classrooms is to share opportunities and important information with students in one central place.

Students can log on to their Personal Development Classroom to access the enrichment timetable, details of educational visits, competitions and notices from staff. Tutor time on Thursdays and Fridays is dedicated to personal development, during which students are regularly given time to check their classrooms. Students are also encouraged to access the classroom in their own free time.

Parents and carers are also able to access their child’s Personal Development Classroom, allowing them to view the same information as students. The email address linked to the child’s Arbor account will have been invited to join the classroom. If you have not received an invitation or if you would like an additional email address to be associated with the account, please contact the school office for support.
