Each year, in the weeks leading up to Christmas, our staff and students show how much they care for local families in need by donating food and toiletry items. This year, we are supporting two excellent charities by donating to Feeding Families and West Auckland Food Bank.

Corridors near our Food Department have been full of delicious cooking smells this week as Year 11 students have been working on their practical exams.

Year 7 athlete, Byron C is celebrating success after qualifying for the County Cross Country Championship in January 2022.

GCSE Photography students in Years 10 and 11 have enjoyed their first educational learning experience since the restrictions were lifted; students visited High Force and Auckland Castle to shoot photographs for their coursework.

Throughout the month of November we will be collecting non-perishable food items to help local families in need as Christmas approaches.

Year 7 students have been taking part in a range of fun experiments at Science Enrichment Club every Wednesday and this half term the project has been volcanoes!

Year 14 Media Studies students are currently working on a range of TV news programmes aimed at children and young people as the target audience.
