Thanks to the unpredictable English weather, our Sports Day event on the last day of term offered an additional challenge for our young athletes as they battled against the rain!

Sadly, despite valiant efforts and some excellent performances in a number of early races, we were forced to cancel the event as conditions worsened and the rain became torrential.

Points from the races which did take place were added to those gained in field and track events from the day before and the winning house this year was Hatfield.

Well done to all of our athletes, student supporters and staff, all of whom continued to smile despite receiving a thorough drenching!
