Following their final GCSE exam, our Year 11 students were able to celebrate the onset of their Summer holiday and reminisce about their time at King James at our Annual Leavers' Barbeque.

At the event, students and staff signed shirts as a memento of their uniformed years with us. They also collected their Leavers' hoodies, yearbooks and DVDs before settling down to watch the first screening of the Leavers' film on the big screen in our Main Hall. The film, which was created by the Media Department, offered both an emotional and humorous reminder of the years spent at King James through a combination of 2017 film footage and comparison of the dreaded school photographs taken in both Years 7 and 11!
