In our Food & Nutrition department, students develop skills in food preparation and cooking alongside creative presentation to give their dishes a professional look.
Year 10 students have been developing their presentation skills in a practical cooking session where they learned how to make a tasty risotto. As part of the challenge, students were able to choose their preferred serving dish and decorate it in any way they wanted to make it as attractive as possible.
