This year, over 130 students signed up to take part in a host of music, dance and performance-based workshops delivered by Heart Global, an exciting travelling outreach programme from America. The event was organised by English Teacher, Mrs Thwaites-Graham.

15 members of the RTS (Roots) Drama Group in Years 7-10 have spent the weekend in the seaside town of Morcambe with Miss Howard and Miss Armstrong. The trip was organised to celebrate their hard work and dedication throughout the academic year.

This year, English Teacher Miss Gowland launched an extra-curricular writing club for students who are enthusiastic about developing their writing skills. Writers work together to produce a student-led publication called 'The Review'.

Over 150 Year 11 students and King James staff have enjoyed a glittering Prom Night in The Barn Marquee at Ramside Hall Hotel.
