Year 8 student, Ben T has won a bronze medal in the 100m breast stroke at a swimming competition held at the Neptune Centre, Middlesbrough.

Ben, pictured here, who is a member of Wear Valley Swimming Club, swims every weekend to develop his technique and build speed and stamina. He is so dedicated to his sport, he gets up at 6am each Saturday and Sunday to train! We look forward to seeing him progress and to celebrating his future success.
