Year 11 GCSE Religious Studies students and their carers have recently taken part in a revision session to look at creative ways to prepare for their forthcoming exams.

Organised and hosted by Director of Learning, Ms Cross and Teacher, Miss Wilkinson, the session demonstrated how students can revise using games such as Trivial Pursuit, Jenga and even Twister. By making relevant question cards, parents and carers can act as question master and test their child's knowledge; they can even join in the game and compete themselves!

Visitors enjoyed tea and cake as part of the event, which received excellent feedback from all in attendance. Parents reported feeling much more confident in their ability to support their children as exam time draws nearer and as a result, the department intends to make this an annual event.
