Thanks to a fundraising bake sale, we have raised £180 for If U Care Share, the North East charity which supports families affected by suicide.

We organise a varied and extensive programme of fundraising activities throughout the year to support both local and national charities, and If U Care Share, which is based in Chester-le-Street, is one that our staff and students are particularly fond of.

Students were able to choose from a variety of homemade and shop bought sweet treats, and the total donated to the charity was £180. A special thank you to our Sixth Form students who baked cupcakes and tray bakes to sell at the event, and who also served the eager customers!
