Year 11 student, Charlie M was delighted to win the first prize in our fundraising Easter egg raffle, which was drawn in the final week of term. Containing 30 easter eggs and a giant bar of chocolate, travelling home on the Academy mini-bus was out of the question, so he had to arrange alternative transport!

The first prize was originally won by our Sixth Form Mentor, Linda Dixon, however she generously re-donated it to the draw and Charlie was the winner. To say thank you for her kindness, he presented Linda with the largest egg and the giant chocolate bar. He also made chocolate crispie cakes at home, which he brought to school to share with friends and staff.

Second prize was won by Year 8 student, Ebony T and third prize by Conner R in Year 11.
