Stop Press - Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd have been appointed as the successful contractors who will now be responsible for the building of King James I Academy as part of the Priority School Building Programme.

Headteacher Nick Grieveson said "we are very excited about the prospect of now being able to work with Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd to help them to design and build our new school. This development will offer a fantastic learning opportunity for our students and will complement other planned developments on our school site."
