The Under 14's District Badminton Tournament took place on Wednesday 4th December 2013 at Bishop Barrington School. The tournament was well attended with teams entering from Bishop Barrington, St Johns, Sedgefield, Parkside, Greenfield, Sunnydale, King James and Wolsingham. The competition was split into two groups each with four teams.

Congratulations to Niall J, Brendan H, Tyler W and Steven D, all from Year 8 who played for King James.

The boys played brilliantly and came top of their group unbeaten by any team. Unfortunately only one team from our district can go through to the County finals and they were forced into a play-off with Wolsingham where they were narrowly beaten.
