The Best Little Christmas Show Ever Told (By BATH!)

December 2015

The Best Little Christmas Show Ever Told (By BATH!)

Long standing BATH members, Conor M and Liam V showed off their dancing ability as part of the performance.

Members of BATH have excelled themselves in one of the most ambitious Christmas shows ever, 'The Best Little Christmas Show Ever Told (By Us!)'.

Over 1,000 people visited King James to see the 100-strong cast perform over three evenings, along with a further 600 local primary school pupils, who enjoyed the show for free at two mid-week matinee performances.

The highly entertaining plot featured 20 of the leading characters from previous Christmas shows, in a hilarious nativity nightmare! Audiences enjoyed exceptional dramatic performances from students in all year groups, alongside a number of outstanding dance routines. Visitors left full of Christmas spirit and praise for BATH and its members.

In September, we celebrated 20 years of outstanding BATH youth theatre provision by launching a year-long schedule of performances, special events and community projects, both locally and at an international level.

Following the amazing success of the Jamaica Difference project, and thanks to the extensive preparatory work by Mr Elliott and Miss Howard, BATH has now established a new link in Brazil. Our students are looking forward to the second educational visit to the country during the Easter holiday, to meet members of BANHo, the youth group founded by Mr Elliott during his time there.
