A group of eight Year 10 girls were rewarded for their positive attitude and excellent behaviour in PE lessons, with an overnight trip to London to watch pro tennis players at Wimbledon.

Ruby S, Amelia D, Chloe S, Katherine S, Abby R, Ella R, Lilly T and Michaela F were accompanied by Mrs O’Connor and Miss Short, Director and Assistant Director of Learning for PE. The group travelled to London by train and enjoyed sightseeing and shopping in the city, alongside the exciting doubles match on court one between Joe Salisbury and Rajeev Ram, and Matthew Ebdon and Max Purcell, which went to five sets before the Ebdon duo claimed victory.
