Members of our 'Accelerated Readers' initiative in our busy Academy Library have excelled this term and earned a staggering number of Kindle Fire competition raffle tickets for their efforts.

The top achieving students this half term were invited to attend a special Library event where they watched 'Guardians of the Galaxy' in an environment where they could discuss their love of reading with other students that are as enthusiastic about literature as they are.

The event also included our much-anticipated half-termly raffle draw, which rewards high achievers with the chance of winning a Kindle Fire! This time, the winner was Kyle B in Year 9.
