Year 10 Sports Captains have recently worked with local primary school pupils at an Athletics event which was held in our new sports hall.

Pupils from six of our local primary schools joined us for the competition, taking part in a wide variety of events, many of which were run by our Sports Captains. Not only did our Year 10s efficiently record and collate all scores, they also coached participants, officiated the events and were outstanding at motivating our visitors and encouraging them to perform well.

We would like to thank all primary pupils who participated in the event and commend our Captains who were a credit to the department and to the Academy.
