As part of the 'Young Enterprise Company Programme' our Year 10 Enterprise group have been working hard to ensure the success of their in-school business called, "B Individual'.

The all-girl group of seven students are working with Mrs Lobb as one of their chosen enrichment activities on the initiative which involves students forming their own company, devising a product and working together to market it, sell shares and sell their product in a trade fair style environment to generate a profit. The company, 'B Individual', offers personalised products such as key chains, coasters and greeting cards and team members have individual job roles within the company according to their own particular strengths.

The initiative builds excellent skills in planning, marketing and budgeting alongside organisational and teamworking skills; all of which are transferrable in every day life. In memory of their friend and former B Individual member, the group will be donating 10% of their company profits to The Lucy Smith Memorial Fund, which has been set up via www.gofundme.com
