This is the second year in a row that Adam has been commended for his work and exhibited in London.

For the second year in a row, A Level Photography student, Adam B, pictured here, has been commended for his outstanding photography work by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).

As part of the ESRC 50th anniversary celebrations, this year's photographic competition for young people between the ages of 14 and 18 years old examined how the world has changed over the last 50 years, how will it continue to change and what social sciences can tell us. Simply entitled 'Changing World', the competition offered six categories including Family, Technology and the Environment.

This year, the competition attracted over 2,000 entries and Adam is one of only 60 photographers selected to exhibit their work in The Menier Gallery in London. This is a fantastic achievement.

Mrs Mulryan, Adam's Photography Teacher said, "Adam is a very talented photographer; not only are his concepts extremely innovative but he has a natural eye for composition and the high level technical skills needed to achieve his vision. This is a prestigious competition and Adam's success is well deserved."
